Now entering its next phase of growth, the team is looking for a Senior Operations Specialist who will play a vital role in driving operational excellence and enhancing client experience from day one.
Salary up to £48,000 and hybrid working, typically 3 to 2 days a week in the office.
ResponsibilitiesOwn and continuously improve key operational processes
Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement scalable solutions
Anticipate business and customer needs before they arise
Solve complex operational challenges with practical, client-first thinking
Support onboarding of new clients and relationship management
Be a trusted internal resource for operational queries and workflow clarity
Help drive the achievement of operational targets and KPIs
Ensure regulatory compliance across all processes
Support or lead future team members as the business scales
Act as a culture ambassador, bringing fresh ideas and team energy
Professional experience in financial services, financial planning, or wealth management firm
Familiarity with financial planning or paraplanning advantageous
Strong interest in fintech and personal finance
Confident communicator, able to engage with clients and colleagues effectively
Proactive, creative thinker who improves processes—not just follows them
Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
